1 /5 Chanaka Gamage: I visited the Roxburg Park branch the officer at the counter promised a callback that same day, but as usual, no one reached out. I specifically requested the business card for the relevant office, and on 17/10/2024, I left a message at 0399303966 asking for a callback. To date, no one has contacted me. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a bank that fails to take responsibility for its actions. As business owners, we manage multiple tasks, and if an issue is left unresolved, it may take considerable time before we can address it again.

1 /5 George Saliba: The worst branch ever. I run a business and I go there to get some change. The exchange machine always empty especially on the weekends when the branch is closed. And when the branch is open on the weekdays you’ll wait more than half an hour to be served.

5 /5 M T: After falling victim to a scam in August and getting the run around from the Disputes Department, I was shocked when I walked into the bank the found further fraudulent activity was detected on my account yet again. Two days out from Christmas, dealing with this situation was incredibly stressful. Thankfully Samantha came to assist me, she expertly managed all my queries and concerns, dealing with multiple departments and rectified everything. Its hard to find good customer service let alone excellent customer service. What an asset to Westpac. Thank you Samantha. Maria
