One of them was Vietnamese, but he wasn’t very willing to help. He said he had an appointment and then went back to the break room for lunch!!
I feel disappointed in him twice.
Westpac has disappointed me because they didn’t investigate or refund the money I lost, whereas ANZ handled it well and returned my money.
I probably don’t want to use this bank’s services anymore.
