As usual, Dave was extremely knowledgeable and has tips and tricks to help you learn the necessary technique. I left very happy after achieving my first ever muscle-up :)

Move& Footscray - Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Gym - VIC

Claire Moreton This place is terrific. The reformer classes strike the perfect balance between fun and challenging, and the teachers are super lovely and really know their stuff. The studio has such a friendly, easygoing vibe. I’ve tried heaps of pilates studios around Melbourne and this is the one that’s made the biggest difference to both my mindset and my fitness habits. I genuinely look forward to my next class as soon as the last one’s over. I’d recommend Move& Footscray to anyone keen to try pilates, yoga or strength training but maybe feels a bit intimidated by joining a new studio – it’s such a welcoming space :)

Fitness First Victoria Gardens - VIC

Marlon Lucas Dias de Souza One of the best fitness first. Never crowded, enormous gym floor, amazing variety of machines, fast maintenance of machines, clean gym, only fitness first that I have seen extra stuffs like lift weight belts and back protective belts. Friendly staffs. The only thing that o don’t like is that the gym could have more natural light but I don’t think there is a way to change it.

Alive Physio & Wellness - VIC

Hasitha Bandara Nad has been fantastic in helping me regain movement in my fractured wrist & fingers, as well as treat my long term running/mobility restrictions. His holistic, and deeply knowledgeable approach has helped me understand my body better, and to keep me aligned! I have complete confidence that with Nads guidance and treatment, Ill be able to make a full return to running and strength activities.

Just In Time Personal Training - VIC

Caroline Jumpertz Weve had three different trainers over the years weve used Just In Time and each has been absolutely top shelf. Really appreciate their hard work that makes our working out less like hard work! Ben Davoli in particular is a great personal trainer and the nicest guy imaginable. If you need to get motivated, and get fit and strong, then Just In Time Personal Training is highly recommended.
