Rose Pashley Last Thursday morning I was the first at the desk just inside to the right hand side. Rufus Taylor was behind it and immediately responded to my request in an attempt to find some missing money. After I had explained the rather complicated details he settled me on a seat just to the left and then, in the next 3 hours he helped me, talked to other customers and helped them, then went behind the scenes for access to files, the manager etc. At all times he was extremely proficient, professional and very helpful. I watched as he never lost patience and treated all customers with respect. I was very impressed with his efforts on my behalf, which took quite a time - 3 hours in fact and yet he handled my difficulties side by side with other customers. Congratulations to a young man with a very, bright future.
