Tessa Parmenter Ustrong has become my second home since I started going in August last year! A place where everyone is welcomed, their goals are listened to and the trainers are the MOST passionate about helping you get technique right so you can progress in your training. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to start or restart their fitness journey, at any stage. Love my 6am family!
