Julie Richards Hannah the staff member was very, very knowledgeable about products, advising pros and cons, but also specific to our needs. I wasnt expecting such great personalised service, and we apprecisted she didnt just recommend most expensive products, but also considered sustainabiliry eg, domestic vs international products. We will go back!
