Georgie Collinson I’ve been going to Pilates classes at Appy for a few months now, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. My core has never felt stronger, and the classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun. Lauren has such an upbeat energy while still knowing how to push you to do your best. The music playlists are amazing!! The studio itself is bright, clean, and super welcoming - it’s become one of my favourite parts of the week.

Glenda Burke She Just Did It isnt just about group training, its a community of women encouraging other women to be their best and feel their strongest. With the worlds best (unofficial) therapy dog, Max, terrible puns and a heap of belly laughs, training sessions are the highlight of my day.
