Rehoming Coordinator Best thing I could have done was join RISE. The exercises are so different, I never knew they existed! Hard exercises sometimes but thats a great challenge! Im stronger, literally. Still got a long way to go. But Ive seen a positive change. Im needing to be stronger and fitter as I get older, to enable me to look after my Husband when the Parkinsons really takes hold. Also, everyone is so nice too, always a great atmosphere. That means a lot!

Mara Blakis I have attended Reform Pilates Eltham for over 5 years. I feel so much stronger and healthier by attending the studio twice a week. Lauren and her team are exceptionally knowledgable and are passionate about improving their clients health. Its a beautiful studio, equipped with the latest equipment. Its a very friendly and nurturing environment. I HIGHLY recommend Reform Pilates Eltham!

What makes this facility especially appealing is its integration into a broader recreation area—while you train you’re surrounded by green space, open lawns and other active amenities. The ground surface is rubber-matted for greater comfort and safety, which makes it suitable for all fitness levels. The lack of entry fee is a huge bonus. On the flip side, as an outdoor setup, it has minimal shelter so weather can affect your workout and some pieces may be more basic compared to indoor gyms. All up, it’s a handy and well-situated option for a quick fitness session in South Melbourne.

My Serenity Yoga - VIC

Bianca Francis Esther is such an inspiring and knowledgeable yoga teacher! Her Yoga Esseentials Workshop was perfect for beginners and those progressing on their Yoga journey alike. Her workshop provided a safe space that encouraged and answered any questions that popped up as we explored fundamental asanas (yoga poses) in their English and Sanskrit names, importance of breathe, alignment and the movement from asana to asana and much more! Her teaching style is clear, encouraging and deeply rooted in her genuine passion for Yoga. Esther’s Hatha Yoga classes held at Blackmat are so nourishing for the mind and body. If you are thinking about booking a workshop, yoga class or any other of Esther’s offerings, don’t hesitate!
