Adil Ali Ground is good with multiple toilets. Only issue was the parking. as all the parkings were taken, I had to park a bit further outside.

Charge CrossFit - VIC

Kristi I’ve never done CrossFit before so was a bit apprehensive about a class much less becoming a member. I’ve been with Charge for nearly 3 months now and finding so much value in the strength I’ve gained so far. I’m a perimenopausal woman in my 40’s with previous bilateral shoulder injuries - the coaches have been able to help me modify as needed while still getting a great workout. I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in years, working out for longevity but seeing the results in my day to day including how my clothes fit. Overall, it’s been a really wonderful experience with supportive coaches and programming. Can recommend.
