1 /5 tony: Ypa real estate were managing 3 of my units for about a year.I mainly communicated with Gioan and Thien.They were good for a little while.Then i needed to do a electrical and gas inspection on unit 2.He told me that it failed the electrial inspection and charged me $550 to repair it, through his contracter.I agreed to pay.Then when unit 1 was due for inspection he done the same thing,and i agreed to pay.Then he tried the same scam with unit 3. i called my electrican and he informed me, that if the electrical was non-compliant the inspector wouldnt give you a certificate of occupancy.I agreed since the 2 townhouse and 1 unit were only 4 years old.I refused to pay the $550 and Gioan just disregarded it.Then they got the tenant in Unit 2 who YPA installed and who spoke the same foreign language to tamper with my hot water system on at least 5 occasions.When i called Gioan and told him that he would just try and gaslight me.To me it was a cowardly act and i had nothing to do with them ever again.The reviews that are posted on here with 5 stars,i think are not genuine just like Gioan and his team.
