The studio is clean, welcoming, and well-equipped, with everything from reformers to props that make each class dynamic and engaging. The atmosphere is calm but energizing—perfect for focusing on form and alignment. The trainers are truly exceptional. Every instructor Ive worked with is not only certified and knowledgeable, but also incredibly attentive to individual needs. Whether youre a beginner or more advanced, they know how to modify movements and offer personalized guidance to ensure youre getting the most from each session—without risking injury. Special shoutout to Georgie, Hanan, Ellen for their attention to detail and positive energy make every class feel like a mix of hard work and self-care. You leave feeling stronger, taller, and more connected to your body. Highly recommend this studio if youre looking to build strength, improve posture, or just find a mindful way to move. Jennifer Doumas Saint Haven is truly divine. From the moment you step inside, you step into to a world of relaxation, wellness, and luxury. The facilities are unmatched. I love the an oxygen chamber, ancient bathhouse (includes a cold plunge, a sauna, steam room), PEMF mat with infrared lights, and a fully equipped gym. It’s everything you need to recharge both body and mind. I also love the cafe - the food is nourishing and delicious, and the smoothies are on next level (Salted Caramel is my favourite). Every visit, I’m met with the warmest welcome from the staff—they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your experience. In the busyness of Melbourne, Saint Haven is the perfect escape to reset, refresh, and realign. Highly recommend!

Alexandra Rodriguez I’ve been seeing Genia and the Health Canvas team throughout my pregnancy, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are incredibly kind, supportive, and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to prenatal care. Their clinical Pilates sessions have been amazing — safe, effective, and perfectly tailored to each stage of pregnancy. I always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and well looked after. Such a wonderful place for prenatal care and exercise!

Siobhan Dang I’ve been to many BFT studios, and Hawthorn is definitely one of my favourites. The trainers here aren’t just there to cheer you on (though they do that too!). They take a genuinely scientific and thoughtful approach to both training and nutrition. It’s so refreshing to see, especially when a lot of gyms can feel like they’re focused on membership sales rather than an individual’s health. Sam and Jakey are methodical, passionate, and realistic, particularly when it comes to the 8 Week Challenge. Their approach makes the process feel manageable rather than overwhelming, and I feel supported as I make changes toward a healthier lifestyle. There’s also never a shortage of trainers here and even when the classes are full, the ratio of trainers to people in the class is maintained which is exactly what you want. Cassie Love Fantastic centre - I have my daughter enrolled in the Baby Play classes and have been very happy so far. The cost is very reasonable and all the staff fantastic. Always welcoming and helpful.
