Cynthia Vasanthanathan I started training at Conditn Hornsby 4 months postpartum to rebuild my strength and endurance, and I’ve seen really rewarding results. The idea of getting back into training after having a baby was extremely daunting, but Jake and all the trainers have made it such a positive and supportive experience. The sessions are well-structured, with the option to focus on strength or cardio in each class. The trainers are motivating and knowledgeable, always ensuring correct form and helping improve movement patterns. It’s also an incredibly friendly and encouraging community. Highly recommend!!
