Would be in contact regularly to touch base by phone and email. If I called to speak with lawyer Isabelle or Derya regarding my claim, there was always someone to take my call or call me back within 30 minutes. Regarding fees charged. I was happy with the amount charged. I felt cost reflected the hard work they did. The goal was achieved, and my claim was successful in the time frame they advised it would be.
