After doing some research, I came across AV Beauty Studio and read amazing reviews about the place. I knew Andrea had a magical touch when it came to facial treatments, so without hesitation, I booked a session for her. On the day of the appointment, Rossi had no idea what was coming. When we arrived, she was warmly welcomed into a space that felt peaceful and inviting. Right from the start, Andrea made her feel completely at ease. As the treatment went on, I could see how much she was enjoying it, and by the end, her skin was absolutely glowing. Walking out, Rossi couldn’t stop smiling and raving about how incredible the experience was. It was definitely the perfect gift. Thank you, AV Beauty Studio, for taking such great care of her!

Erica Santiago Popped in to have my fringe corrected from another salon before my trip back to the U.S. and these lovely ladies helped immediately! I have wavy/curly hair and always look for a curly girl friendly salon. I was told why it wasn’t cut correctly and what needed to be done to fix it. She asked how I usually style my hair before cutting and made sure I was happy with everything she was doing. When she was done (5 min later) she showed me how to style my fringe and sent me on my way. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a curly cut and a welcoming atmosphere!

Nancy Dang I saw Vivian at Blaec Ink after being insecure about my lip size and paleness for as long as I can remember - and let me say, she absolutely obliterated my insecurity with her work. I came into the consultation not knowing the exact colour I wanted, but her professionalism and experience led us to the perfect shade. She was well versed with her knowledge, walking me through every step of the way to ensure I knew what was happening whilst my eyes were closed. I was afraid the colour would be too bright and pink, so I voiced my concerns - Vivian took this seriously and the result was absolutely flawless and the exact colour I had envisioned in my head (as I didn’t know how to describe what I wanted). You can really see that she loves what she does. The rapport she built with me to ensure I was comfortable throughout the whole session was unmatched. I highly recommend seeing Vivian for any cosmetic tattooing, sincerely a master of her work.

From the moment I walked in, Emilee made me feel comfortable and well-informed, explaining the process in detail and tailoring the treatment to my skin’s needs. Her expertise and gentle approach makes the session absolutely necessary painless. She’s truly a skincare wizard! The clinic itself is always clean, professional, and welcoming. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I then had Ivy do my nails and she took her time and was very particular with her service. They are very personable and make sure you’re very happy with her nails before you leave! Definitely recommend.

Soph Tsarbo Really wasn’t impressed at my recent nail appointment. This photo was taken right after I got them done. It was very rushed the lady didn’t even soak off my nails properly. The nails look outgrown as they weren’t properly removed.

The wait is over - I am only going here and asking for Bharati cause she has the gentle yet firm hands. I have been to multiple brow technician and theyre not like her. She has the expertise and youd know it once she does it for you!

Munise H. Bozkurt I have had laser hair removal at other clinics for over 10 years and can say the best results have been through the lovely staff at New Look! I also love the way they do laser hair removal as the pain is non-existant. I have also had multiple bio facials and no other procedure has EVER come close. My skin is glowing, radiant and blemish free, it even helped get rid of some deep acne scars I had from years ago.

Rachel Michaelson By far the worst service I had my nails done last Wednesday and by Saturday 2 had broken as the didn’t repair a crack they put acrylic over it , the other nail completely lifted off , mind you iv go every 3 weeks , I tryed them as im looking for a new nail salon , I rang them on Monday to let them know so I came in for a repair she advices there not under warranty, and still fixed them , the look completely different length to the rest of my nails so now I’m out $10 dollars they charged for the repair and will have to go find somewhere els to get the set redone , very disappointed

Hannah Lee I got acrylic nails with an intricate design and May went above and beyond. it’s been 2 and a half weeks and they still look perfect. 5/5 stars!

Logan McCarthy Edit: washed my hands and put some cream on and they look much better. - I take back my review. i do wish they paid more attention to the manicure as my hands were quite bad coming in but they were an improvement when I left.

amanda bradley I wish i read these reviews before i walked in there ! Yes, the lady was annoyed that she had to put her phone down and serve a customer. Then i asked her to take off my sns and do a new set, she did not take them off instead put more sns over what i already had making them extremely thick and ugly. And then got annoyed when i asked her to file them down. The while process took iver and hour and a half ! And they’re still ugly ! There is lots if colour outside of my nails and the nails are not the same length, not too mention she was very rough and although she didn’t speak much english she gave me some rude looks towards the end. Sounds like these people should not be in buisness. And i think she knew she done a bad job because at the end she charged my $5 less than what she said at the start. Obviously i will never go back there and now i have to go get them fixed somewhere else. Very disappointing !
