Mary H Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of care shown towards sentimental jewellery. I went in to have a bracelet gifted to me by my late mother, resized and polished. The man at the counter was rude and didn’t even greet me, when I asked about polishing out the scratches, he smirked and said, “I can clean it, but cant get rid of the scratches and it won’t look brand new.” He then handed me a form for my details, which I declined. I understand it won’t look brand new, but a little respect and empathy would have gone a long way. Would not recommend.

Bryony Hunt Really unimpressed I asked for my necklace fixing. It needed an extra look added to the clasp. There was already a small look already what it needed hooking onto and instead they broke it and gave me two pearls back in a baggy and glued a crappy metal jump ring onto the actual pearls I’ve added a photo so You can see what they did compared to what it looked like originally. I would’ve been able to do a better job myself
