I expressed concern shortly after, and the owner agreed there had been issues lately. - see attached. After consistently failing to get a new appointment over the following days the owner said she would call. But she never did. Very dissatisfied, and won’t go back.

The salon is beautiful, the chairs are super comfortable, and the music was great. Loved every moment of the experience I had so I highly recommend this business.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience so enjoyable. I opted for a festive candy cane design, and they absolutely nailed it — the red and white stripes are perfectly done, capturing the spirit of Christmas beautifully. The attention to detail was exceptional, and I left feeling so festive and happy with my nails. Highly recommend Infinity Nails for both their talent and their warm, inviting atmosphere. Clare Douglas I asked for builder gel to be taken off and a manicure. None on my cuticles have been cut back, my nails aren’t cut straight, I never got cream on them or a hand massage. My hands are left worse than when they went in.
