She quickly identified issues with my skin and suggested a good facial and customised as per my skin and also provided good tips to follow. The waxing was completely painless and she did it so quick. Very efficient with time and reasonable cost in the area.

Celeste Thought I had found a gem. The first time I got my lashes done they were the most perfect set I had ever had. They looked natural and were just beautiful. The pricing was also amazing. But it didn’t last. I never got the same set again. I have been doing lash extensions for years. Not continuously obviously but have lots of experience with them. When properly done you shouldn’t loose your own lashes with the extensions which is what was happening. I clean my lashes. Don’t rub my eyes and take the proper maintenance care. At my last appointment Shashika told me to have a break and start using lash serum. I asked her if she was recommending this because I was loosing lashes due to the extensions. She said no. Ive only seen her a handful of times (perhaps 4); with the appropriate amount of time in between. After 3 days the lashes looked terrible and wouldn’t lay flat. They were falling out and I could see my lashes coming out with the fall out. At this appointment I brought some fall out with me to show what was happening and said that I felt she recommended lash serum because she was aware that her lash extensions were causing damage. She said it happens and said it was due to my lashes??? Its never happened before why now. I’ve done plenty of research and this shouldn’t happen. In the end she recommended I try other salons which I felt she just wanted to get rid of me as a customer. I gave one star for the first great experience. Another star because I’ve had troubles of late and she has been kind enough to move my appointments around and fit me in and accomodate my circumstances. But she lost 3 stars for the damage to my lashes and then just trying to what I feel as palm me off. Sorry. You seem great at makeup and several other areas looking at the other reviews. But for lash extensions I left disappointed. I wish you all the best in your business.

Jacinta M I Went to this business Monday night after being referred to her from a friend. I was there for maybe an hour and a half whilst she was using her fingers to apply these into my eyes. After my appointment my eyes were severely sore and I couldn’t brush through my lashes as they were glued together. I contacted her as soon as I noticed these weren’t done correctly and was told that I was trying to scam her for a refund. I was forced to have these removed which has damaged my natural lashes and also left my eyes highly irritated I have requested a refund however have been denied the full amount due to her time spent applying the lashes and for her to believe I removed these myself

Patricia Galea I just had my nails done there just then and they look absolutely terrible and paid $60 on top of that. I will never go back. The polish is uneven,patchy and really unrefined. No wonder the salon is quiet, now I know why. I wish I had read the reviews before going there.
