1 /5 Avi Kaushal: Very unprofessional manager on duty. We paid $100 for food, and when we took a couple of napkins he became very rude. He seemed more worried about 50-cent napkins than providing good customer service. He clearly doesn’t know how to deal with customers and needs proper training. I wish I had read the reviews before buying food from this place.

3 /5 Megan Cheshire: Popped by here for breakfast before boarding flight. To be honest wish we hadnt, wish we had checked a few more eateries out before picking. Usual horrendous airport prices but thats to be expected. However, food was not great. There is however plenty of seating and its tucked away from the crowds which is quite nice. We personally wouldnt come back.

1 /5 Anna Tran: I ordered a fresh croissant and a soy chai latte, and unfortunately both were a disappointment. The croissant was so tough (obvious it was very old once I torn it) that I asked the staff whether that was normal, but they dismissed my feedback without any interest in addressing it. The soy chai latte was bland, and I’m fairly certain the frother hadn’t been cleaned properly, as it had a noticeable dairy aftertaste—very concerning for anyone with dietary restrictions. Overall, a very poor experience in both product quality and customer service. - should of checked Google reviews before ordering

1 /5 anusha vilson: Very bad place to eat stay away from this cafe. Please teach the person who cooks inside how to toast bread ,the owner please check all the review same what i face today also same .problem with the chef who dont no how to make simple breakfast . Wasted my 50$

2 /5 Myluzka Sobrino: I didn’t check any review before I got food here. I was waiting for my connecting flight. I was hungry and tired after experienced a hard incident. All I wanted to do is eat, relax and spend nice time. I waited in the line until 5 to 10 minutes. Normal. Then, I spent 34$AUD ordering a smashed avocado, feta, spinach and poached eggs (2) and a large chai latte. I have to recognise the plating was good, but at the moment I tasted it was so bad. To start, one of the eggs was out of shape ruining the presentation. They tasted like pure vinegar. Disgusting. I studied in a culinary school in Peru, and I know poached eggs shouldn’t have to taste acid like vinegar. You have to add a bit of vinegar but not half of the bottle… Second, the avocado was brown, I let the wait The avocado had dark (brown) hues and tasted sour. I politely pointed this out to a server. He gave me a new, small plate of just smashed avocado. I thought they recognized their mistake and were willing to fix it, but I was wrong. I looked at the avocado and tasted it. Some parts were dark and tasted sour. I wondered if they had added vinegar or lemon. Resigned, I had to separate the normal, good parts from the spoiled, dark ones. This time, I found slightly more good avocado than spoiled. Third, one of the slices of sourdough bread was burnt (part of it). The difference between burnt and toasted is different. Fourth, the spinach should serve only the leaves ; you have to make things easy for the customer so they can eat properly. The only good things were the Chai Latte, the proper water service, the friendly service, and the calm atmosphere. Overall, the worst meal Ive ever had in my life. Im truly shocked that these things happen and are accepted in Australia. Theyre strict and have high standards, but they serve food that can cause stomach upset or food poisoning. If they were in my country, the cook and/or plater would be fired or yelled at. These types of cafes, restaurants, and businesses should be shut down. I dont recommend it. Its not worth it. If you pay by card, they charge a 1.4% commission, and its still not worth it. Its not worth the money or time. Find somewhere else to relax and eat.
