5 /5 Regaleatsmelb: Big flavours, bigger cheese pulls and zero regrets stacking comfort food the way it should be done. Solid handmade, hearty American-style comfort food, halal meats, generous portions and a vibe that’s hip-hop cool, this is the kind of place where the cheese pulls are Instaworthy. The Buffalo Chicken Wings were decent but, if youre choosing sides, go for the BBQ Chicken Tenders but no harm in getting both. The Porked Grilled Cheese was a full-blown cheese dream, rich, indulgent, and proudly an excessive choice. The Minimunster deserves accolades with double beef patties, crispy bacon, a mac & cheese patty, jalapeños and their signature sauce creating an absolute behemoth of flavour. This was one of the most filling burgers I think Ive ever had! And the Canadian Parma is as unique as it is addictive, stacked across two pieces of chicken, proving maple bacon really does belong on everything. Could have done with crispier chicken schnitzels and more maple but thats because I expected a more chicken and waffles style meal sans the waffle. With guaranteed cheese pulls on just about every plate, the only thing missing is sport on the screens and a happy hour. That said, this place more than delivers on flavour, value and menu twists that keep things interesting.

5 /5 Elif - Melbourne Food Tales: had such a great experience at Fat Staks! We tried a bit of everything burgers, chicken wings, fried chicken, fried mozzarella sticks, shakes, and donuts and honestly, everything was made with care and full of flavour. The burgers were juicy and perfectly cooked, the wings had the right amount of spice, and the fried chicken was crispy and tender. The mozzarella sticks were cheesy heaven, and the shakes and donuts were the perfect sweet ending. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear they really care about their food and their customers. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends!
