2 /5 Zoe Goyne: I struggled with this review, but ultimately there were just too many small issues that added up :(
OK Billy gets 1 star for aesthetics, its a wonderfully decorated place and its a really nice place to sit in, especially when the suns out. OK Billy gets a 2nd star for taste. Very yummy, classic Greek flavours
However, my compliments stop there.
The atmosphere was.... uncomfortable. One server was OVER-serving people, which I didnt think was possible, but saw today! She was quite invasive, and sometimes I felt her personality to come off fake. She was also micro-managing everyone else in the restraunt, but not in a typical restraint way, you could tell the other staff members were all very confused and lost, and her guidance only made it worse. Our server, a boy, was very hasty and it made it difficult to communicate with him, which result in him getting our order wrong. We were seated right in front of the kitchen and I couldnt help but notice nearly EVERY other table had something wrong with there orders too.
When it comes to food, like I said it was delicious, but the prices, proportions and quality were sadly lacking. Our main order was a mixed gyros plate to share. It came with 6 very small pieces of pita, and when moving the meat aside, we realised the plate was mostly chips. :( (as shown in photo) this plate cost us $30, plus we had to pay and extra $3 for another dip, which is normal, however the dips were TINY. We had to scrape all that we could out of them to enjoy the meal!
Overall, sadly probably wont be coming up.
