4 /5 Cleopetra T: The highlight of this BUFFET was the variety of food to select from, especially the pasta bar where you can create your own dish and have it cooked fresh for you. That said, the wait time for the pasta station was quite long.
Unfortunately, the buffet area was very crowded, almost to the point where people were squeezing and pushing just to get food, which took away from the experience. The food quality was also a bit disappointing: the seafood wasn’t cold enough, the sushi rice was dry, and the salads were mushy. The dishes didnt also display if they were gluten free, and finding staff to explain what was, made it a mission.
There also seemed to be a lack of staff, and service felt slow overall. I’d probably recommend avoiding weekends!
On the positive side, it’s priced reasonably for what you get, especially with items like prawns, mussels, and oysters included. Overall, decent value, but the experience could be much better with improved crowd control, staffing, and food quality.
