1 /5 Cass Garnett: I went to Allura yesterday and gave a few references of what I was looking for to Liz, a shorter cut, a little layering. We picked one, but there really wasnt a lot of discussion about what I was wanting from the cut, other than a potential undercut which we didnt end up doing. The experience overall wasnt great. Water from the basin kept getting splashed down my neck, and there was no further discussions about the haircut during the appointment. She cut my hair shorter in the front, but I didnt ask for it. I have since showered, and the haircut is messy and uneven, one side is longer than the other, and the layers dont match and are different lengths on either side, one side just looks chopped up. Its so disappointing, and I feel sad. It makes me looks bad, and I cant afford to get another one to even try and fix it because i just dont have $131 sitting around.

5 /5 Chevonne Pasialis: Second time coming to Allura hair and its a lovely experience, its quiet and they make you beautiful tea or coffee with some chocolates on the side. My hair dresser Josie, is lovely and really takes on board with the colour and style I am going for. So far I have been happy with the results of my hair both times I have been.

5 /5 Bec: Genesa at Allura Hair is AMAZING! I showed her an image from an animated show with a custom shade of red I was after, and she brought it to life perfectly! That kind of talent is next-level. She nails it every single time, and I always leave feeling amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!
