5 /5 Dianne Weller: I really love this salon. It is bright and airy with plenty of room for me to move around on my wheelchair. The girls are very caring and supportive even though that is not in their job description.. I was very upset on my previous visit and the staff were wrapping me in love. Today my first time back since and the same staff were amazing acknowledging I obviously felt better. The work on my manicure and pedicure was terrific. Please support this store.

1 /5 Irina Irina: Don’t use this nail salon. Safe your time and money. First overcharged. They changed me $45 for shellac nail, my cuticles been pushed back but not tidied! Very unhappy about it! I’ve came in for manicure and shellac nails. The shellac was done ok but under nails was left so much debris ( she was using some type of powder ), and this powder should of been cleaned up. Most of all I was shocked by $45 , my cuticles wasn’t done and under the nails debris wasn’t cleaned. Next time I’m going to someone who does care and who will do a better job! Nails also different lengths.

4 /5 Vihangi Wijepala: Well, i dont know why theres like a lot of negative comments on this nail salon , ive been to worse places. This salon did a great job even though they are on the pricier side. But I think it was worth it. I came here because my nail tech was too far away since i moved to this area and i chose light colours they were concerned and told me it was too light but i still did it. It was nice that they were concerned and they did SNS in a different way not the usual but i kinda like it and came out pretty nice. Even my pedicure was lovely.

1 /5 C M: If you value high quality workmanship from a business that takes pride in their work and will own their poor service and provide a no questions asked refund, do not come here. I have been a patron of this store for more than three years and for the first time ever, I had to return today to get my SNS nails redone after they were poorly applied yesterday. The attendant didnt take the time to remove all the colour (purple with red underneath) before applying my chosen light blue. After four layers, the red was still clearly evident. Rather than fix her mistake, she insisted I apply a fifth layer, a dark blue to cover it up. The result was chunky, thick, with jagged edges and an uncomfortable feel. When I returned today I was told I could get it redone but only if I have the same dark blue, despite explaining that wasnt the colour I wanted or had originally. If I wanted a different colour I would have to pay again. And then, after the staff repeatedly spoke to my face in Vietnamese with each other, I gave up and insisted on a full refund. I had to get the staff to ring the manager who told me the only way I could get a full refund would be if I also have all the colour removed. Her concern seemed to be that I would go to another shop and tell them of my experience. When I explained that I wouldnt she offered to walk me to another store and pay for herself, which makes no sense at all. After seeing this as a battle lost, I got the colour removed but not before the attendant burned my fingers in hot acetone and destroyed the top layers of my nails leaving them broken, splintered and hurting. What a terrible shame after so many years of good service. Destroyed for the cost of one set of nails. Take your valuable service elsewhere, youre worth much better treatment.
