1 /5 Sarah D: Do not recommend. I walked in and talked to a staff member who recommended brow laminate and tinting to make my eyebrows fuller. She started but then said she had to leave and handed me over to a second employee who then handed me to a third.
When finished I said they were really different to what I expected and was told as my eyebrows are patchy the treatment isnāt recommended for them. Completely contrary to the first employee. She became really defensive, escalating the situation and raising her voice to deny the conversation I had with the first employee (who had also under quoted me on price). I said I would pay half the total, materials only as I was so unsatisfied, but she continued arguing and yelling over me, threatening with security until I firmly told her āhalf or nothing, Iām done with thisā.
As I was leaving she was still yelling insults at me she was so worked up. This is a photo taken straight after a brow laminate/threading and tint. Iād never had my brows professionally done before and was relying on the professionals to guide me on what would work, not to just recommend the most expensive treatments knowing I wasnāt a good candidate. The job was bad enough but the way the employee handled it was even worse.
I went straight home. I donāt even want to leave the house looking like this, Iām so embarrassed.
