1 /5 Divya Lopez: I’ve never left a negative review before, but this experience was just that bad. From the moment I walked in, the two nail technicians at the front were downright rude and condescending—while other clients were present.
I wanted to browse new nail colors, and when I didn’t find anything I liked and decided to stick with my usual shade, the technician made a snarky comment about how she had already asked me that from the start. Excuse me for exploring options? And when I tried to be helpful by providing the shade number from my previous visit, her response was anything but appreciative.
Throughout the appointment, they kept whispering in Vietnamese in between their rude communication with me —it was beyond uncomfortable.
And the cherry on top? Apparently, touching my phone after multiple rounds of drying was a crime—but instead of politely mentioning it, she was just plain rude. If you don’t understand the basics of customer service, maybe don’t work in/run a nail salon in the first place.
I definitely wont be going back and dont recommend this Nail salon.
