1 /5 AJ: I had a very disappointing experience at this Chemist Warehouse due to unprofessional conduct from a staff member. When I was about to try a product that appeared to be open, she responded by repeatedly saying ‘No, no, no’—a tone more appropriate for addressing a toddler than an adult customer. A simple explanation, such as ‘I’m sorry, that’s not a tester,’ would have sufficed. Her condescending attitude was both disrespectful and unnecessary. I strongly urge management to provide better training or to ensure staff are selected for their professionalism and communication skills. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

1 /5 Amal Hussein: If I could leave 0 stars I would. The worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life. I was accused of not paying for an item that I purchased not even 20 mins before. The most unprofessional worker made me feel uncomfortable and belittled me at every chance she had. She told me to shush countless times. Such an embarrassing look on Chemist warehouse this person does not fit the brand. The young girl was delightful. Along with the manager (I think). They set the standards and deserve to be commended with how they handled the situation. Safe to say I won’t be coming back to this location.

5 /5 Leanne Wright: A massive 5 stars for the retail staff at this store. They are the reason that I continue to go, always lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I genuinely love having a chat with all girls and can’t thank them enough for always being there to listen and assist. Excellent customer service from the retail staff keeps me returning!
