1 /5 Parneet: I have to say, I was really disappointed with the service. The nails I got done were far from what I expected. The shape was uneven, and the polish application was sloppy, with several spots where it didnt cover properly. I left feeling unsatisfied and regretting my choice to go there. I was hoping for a relaxing experience and a nice set of nails, but instead, I felt frustrated. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this salon in the future, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others looking for quality nail care. Its important to find a place that pays attention to detail and values customer satisfaction.

5 /5 Aura Bowman: I was hesitant to try this place after reading the previous two negative reviews but I’m glad I gave them a go. I had a great experience with the ladies at Diamond nails. My technician was very skilled and I’m super happy with my nails. Two weeks in and they still look perfect. I did go in first thing in the morning when they were quiet so that may have had a positive impact on the level of service. Overall a really good experience.

1 /5 Sanju Kaweesha: 0 ⭐️ I am extremely frustrated with my experience at this DIAMOND nail salon. What should have been a relaxing $143 manicure and pedicure turned out to be a complete waste. The nail technician, Racheal, was incredibly unprofessional. When I requested my usual shellac with tips, she insisted on using builder gel on my natural nails. As I asked questions, she became visibly irritated and started speaking rapidly in another language, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The nail application was a disaster. My nails were filed unevenly, and each finger appeared to be shaped differently. When I pointed this out, I was rudely told that my fingers werent straight. The result was embarrassing. You could immediately see the poor quality after the service, which took place on Friday, January 17, 2025. It was HORRIBLE! Just four days later, the builder gel started cracking, and I experienced multiple significant breaks and chips across my nails. And dont even get me started on the pedicure, horrendous. The polish application was uneven, with visible streaks and missed spots. When the service was completed, the technician asked me to wash my hands while she stood at the counter, staring at me. I asked her to apply some lotion and oil, but she completely ignored me and insisted that I pay first. She only put lotion on my palm, which I could only use on two fingers. Save yourself the headache and AVOID this salon at all costs. The service is overpriced, and the customer service is non-existent. Ive never been this disappointed with a beauty service in my life.
