My frenchie Abel’s nails are always perfectly cut, he gets to play with toys and loves all the cuddles he gets during his groom. Victoria will truely take care of your doggie like her own - we appreciate you Vic and thank you for taking care of my baby boy.

5 /5 Courtney Gordon: You know that you’ve found a good groomer when your dog gets BEYOND excited every time you announce that you’re taking them to the groomer. Victoria has been grooming our Millie girl since she was a (giant) puppy and after previous bad experiences with groomers, Victoria has managed to rebuild Millie’s trust and allow her to enjoy getting groomed. Every time she goes there she is always so incredibly happy and you can tell that Victoria treats her as if she is her own. Her grooming skills are also impeccable and we are constantly blown away by the silliness of Millie’s coat whenever she is freshly done.

5 /5 James Bou Sejean: Best hair cut our poodle has ever received! He was so happy when we picked him up, we knew he was well looked after. We loved the one on one service he got- so many places juggle multiple dogs at once and it can stress out the dogs sometimes. Not here- highly recommend :)

1 /5 Gem Brereton: If I could it would be a 0 star review. My experience was not a good one. I booked an appointment for a de-shed and tidy for my 3 year old Pomeranian, as I have moved and wanted to find a closer groomer. It looked like she had great reviews so I went in trusting. My dog has been seeing a groomer since 16 weeks old, once a month. She had a few mattes behind her ears, which I always tell the groomer and they can get it out. Next minute I am receiving a text saying she has shaved my dog because she was Matted all over??. It is one thing to shave the dog if it was absolutely necessary, However every good groomers knows not to shave double coated dogs because once they are shaven the coat will never grow back the same. Now it is one thing to shave a dog when this is not the service that was booked in. It is ABSOLUTELY NOT okay to shave someones dog without telling the client and asking for permission first. All Victoria sent in this text was that she was sorry she did it and had bad news. It was the end of the text that is distressing when she put "It will grow back the same hopefully" Now why would you say hopefully. Why would you not Call the client first instead of sending this text. When I called her asking if she had already done it as I was confused from this Text message. She said she had already done it and that my dog was Matted all over. I asked how this is possible?? seeing I brushed her that morning and could get the comb and brush through fine and she was at a groomers 4 weeks before who did not have a problem either. She then tried to tell me the old groomer probably didnt do a good job. To top this off the Shave isnt even and My dog now has an uneven coat and not tidy around her face where she has kept it long. She also has cut the long tail off my dog which was not matted and had no need to be cut off. Victoria then said on the phone all she could offer me was a free Bath and conditioning in 4 weeks to maybe help grow the coat back. I will not be returning as I no longer trust Victoria. I have also added photos of my dog before and after this which you can see the unevenness in the coat from the shave and it not being finished off nicely around the face. My dog is now traumatised from this and is shaking when you try to go near her or put her harness on.

5 /5 Stacey Nikolopoulos: We have been going to Victoria since Arlo’s first groom and she is absolutely incredible. You can see that she cares for every dog as if they were her own and Arlo is always so excited to see her which I believe speaks volumes in itself. I can not recommend Victoria enough!
