5 /5 Bobby Van Beek: Absolutely brilliant service. Got my ASD daughter’s ears pierced- they were so patient and friendly. Also got my eyebrows & lashes attended too - again super friendly and listened to what I was hoping to achieve, results surpassed my expectations. Will definitely come back.

1 /5 Jessica Vaz: Update: after receiving a reply here I sent the requested information on the same day to their email. It’s been a week since and I never heard anything back from them. $24.95 for putting back a Daith piercing that fell off seems a bit outrageous. I have come in, and asked if they would help me putting it back on. They said yes, the lady took me in and she was nice and polite (young girl). We didn’t discuss prices before and I was under the impression it would be between $5 to $10 as that’s the price I have paid before. When I came out, I asked the girl who put the piercing back on for me, she didn’t know the price so she went off to ask the another girl, she came back and they charged me $24.95. If I knew it would be that price I wouldn’t probably get it done it in there. Everyone I have mentioned the price I was charged were also in disbelief. So for that reason, I wouldn’t go back. After writing this review, I went on the website and I have seen to get a daith piercing done is $66. So 1/3 of the price for the service I have received it’s not worth it. My piercing is likely to come out again, as it has already happened before but even though I work in the Epping plaza and going to this place is convenient I would rather drive somewhere else.

1 /5 Czarina Parian: I have had my brows waxed here plenty of times before, however i will not be returning as I had my skin waxed off. While the lady was nice, she tried to blame it on "sensitive skin". In reality, they just try to rush through and dont really care for safety precautions. I regret paying for the "service"

4 /5 Sonu Gurung: The service was good, even though initial piercing was not on the spot we wanted, they were able to calmly fix it for my 7months. She did receive a cute bag after. She was unsettled and cried during the procedure and settled later. Thankyou team
