1 /5 Sab ita: I went in for my threading today. I have been visiting them for a while now. Everytime Ive been there theres always someone new. And everybody was amazing however this morning the lady was too rude. When i asked her if she can fix my threading she told me i have to point out the hair that i wanted to be taken. I asked her to give me the shape and make it clean but she was like no i wont be touching your shape. i can only pull out extra growth. If u are not experienced to create the shape then why are you even there. And the attitude was like i dont care, this is what i do and how i do. I just wanted to say if you are in customer service please learn to be humble.

5 /5 Belinda Trembath: Monesha did my eyebrow threading and henna tint. She was gentle and explained all the parts of the process. While that was developing, she offered to wax my lip, chin and sides of my face. Ive not had this before so the upsell was a welcome surprise. My makeup will sit and stay on my face much better now. Im looking forward to when that happens! She was an excellent practitioner and her attention to detail proves she is experienced and focussed on the task. Thank you and see you again soon!

5 /5 Megan Palmer: Anu did my brow tint and threading today and she was great! She was really friendly, easy to get along with and I am really happy with how my brows turned out. She even recommended henna for me in future as it lasts longer :)

5 /5 Bianca Flavell: Anu was EXCELLENT. She worked fast which works well for me, and left my brows thick, and shaped perfectly how I like. Very friendly and polite, greeted me with a smile and a wave as soon as I came in. I will definitely be coming back here specifically for Anu, and recommending her to my friends. 10/10!
