Ghazal Ghaed Rahmati I visited the salon on Thursday at 7:30 PM for a full acrylic set with French tips, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed with the service I received. The entire process felt rushed from start to finish, and it really showed in the final result. Each nail is a noticeably different shape, parts of the top coat have already chipped, and one of the nails has completely fallen off—despite it not even being a week since the appointment. What was also concerning was that the staff member who did my nails left immediately after I paid, literally running out to Coles. It gave the impression that finishing my appointment quickly was more important than the quality of the work. I expected much better professionalism and care, especially for a service I was paying for. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Meditation, relaxation and I learnt so much about my skin as well as the best facial Ive ever had. My skin still feels amazing, 4 days later. Highly recommend!

It was disappointing to find other stores didn’t have the attention to detail or the friendly welcoming customer service as provided at epping. I did make a couple of long journeys back as I find their services to be carried out in a much higher standard quality.
