I arrived at Nunu Nail Salon right when they opened at 9 AM for a walk-in appointment, expecting a smooth and relaxing experience. Instead, it was a nightmare from the moment I walked in. I was told there would be a 5-minute wait and was asked to choose my colors. Twenty minutes later, I was still waiting while they prioritized waxing clients and allowed kids to scream in the shop, creating a chaotic atmosphere.
When they finally acknowledged me, they informed me that I would be escorted to their downstairs salon—on a completely different level from where I parked my car. Once downstairs, the poor service continued. The staff spent another 10 minutes chatting among themselves while I sat there, completely ignored.
Thank God they checked my nail color because it turns out the numbers upstairs are different from those downstairs! I almost ended up with bright orange nails instead of the natural shade I wanted.
To add insult to injury, they demanded a $100 payment upfront before any service was provided. This is the most expensive nail salon I’ve ever been to, and it was also the absolute worst. Save yourself the frustration and money—steer clear of this place. Youll regret every second spent there.
