1 /5 G L: ladies were rude and unwelcoming and did an awful job on my nails, i asked for coffin shape and they are wonky and look like they have already grown out a week or two when i got them done two hours ago. the ladies shirt got stuck in my nails so there is fluff permanently stuck to them and the sns powder stained my skin. their nail polish still has the $2.50 stickers on them so u can tell they care about quality. wouldn’t bother going here again unless you wanna waste your money edit: it’s been 6 days and they’ve chipped off

1 /5 Amanda Salmon: the worst nail salon I have ever been too. Please don’t waste your money and time going here! My boyfriend spend $170 for my birthday to get a manicure for me and deluxe pedicure for both of us. There was a miscommunication with staffing. The woman doing my pedicure thought I was getting standard pedicure until I said something about it and the manicure was half done manicure, she didn’t massage my hands, file my nails or buff my nails. I think she was in too much of a rush to have break and sit around with other work colleagues on their phones. Extremely disappointed with service especially for $170, I definitely will not be going back.

1 /5 Aman Virk: I got my predicure shellac today from Nuyu. I left several pedicure places as I have had fairly better experience in the past so thought to go back to them. Hoang was extremely rude from the beginning. I accidentally splashed some water from the pedicure basin to which she pushed her stool away from me as if I have committed a blunder. Through out my pedicure she was more concerned about who was walking in to get service done rather than concentrating on me. She did not ask me if I was happy with the colour and would like to continue. When I requested her to put the nail paint till the end of my toe skin without leaving gaps she rudely replied back it is just one coat. My heels were bad and needed scrub I had to tell her to do it so she shaved them. She mostly pointed rudely to me to do things. She finished and said done and walked away from me. I requested for the cuticle oil which she half heartily slashed on my toes . I the most unpleasant and unwelcome service give my Hoang. I sincere advice to you Hoang, if you don’t like touching people’s feet please find another job as the customer would want a service and politeness when they pay $60 for pedicure.

1 /5 Laura Cowan: Unbelievably Poor Service – Do Not Waste Your Time or Money! I arrived at Nunu Nail Salon right when they opened at 9 AM for a walk-in appointment, expecting a smooth and relaxing experience. Instead, it was a nightmare from the moment I walked in. I was told there would be a 5-minute wait and was asked to choose my colors. Twenty minutes later, I was still waiting while they prioritized waxing clients and allowed kids to scream in the shop, creating a chaotic atmosphere. When they finally acknowledged me, they informed me that I would be escorted to their downstairs salon—on a completely different level from where I parked my car. Once downstairs, the poor service continued. The staff spent another 10 minutes chatting among themselves while I sat there, completely ignored. Thank God they checked my nail color because it turns out the numbers upstairs are different from those downstairs! I almost ended up with bright orange nails instead of the natural shade I wanted. To add insult to injury, they demanded a $100 payment upfront before any service was provided. This is the most expensive nail salon I’ve ever been to, and it was also the absolute worst. Save yourself the frustration and money—steer clear of this place. Youll regret every second spent there.
