1 /5 Laura Millar: I had a terrible experience at this salon. I requested a blonde color but ended up with an orange, brassy mess instead. After spending $370, I was told it would improve with five washes using blue shampoo, but it didn’t. The stylist applied a full head of foils and then tinted my entire hair. I mentioned that the product was burning and causing discomfort, but my concerns were not taken seriously. I returned for a correction, but it was only slightly better. When I asked for a full refund, I was refused and offered only $160 back, which is unacceptable. Now I have to visit another salon for a color correction, which will take time and additional money. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the process. I strongly advise against getting colour services here; I won’t be returning.

1 /5 Benjamin Kang: Really not a good value for money. my son Had a haircut with Mr. Hanh himself, he just wanted to do it quick without washing my hair after the cut. price list shows $25~$30 however he charges $35 without any explanation although not vey kind.
