The stylist applied a full head of foils and then tinted my entire hair. I mentioned that the product was burning and causing discomfort, but my concerns were not taken seriously. I returned for a correction, but it was only slightly better.
When I asked for a full refund, I was refused and offered only $160 back, which is unacceptable. Now I have to visit another salon for a color correction, which will take time and additional money.
The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the process. I strongly advise against getting colour services here; I won’t be returning.
