5 /5 Mandy Vandertouw: My daughter and I rocked up to this store with no appointment, wanting to buy a new nose ring as she had lost it the night before. Being on holiday we didn’t have a spare one. The hairdresser and the piercer on duty were both so knowledgeable and offered great ideas on the best style and even helped put it in, which ended up being quite difficult. We were so appreciative of their time and kindness and want to recommend this store to others.

1 /5 Megan Dark: I had one of the worst experiences getting a haircut here yesterday. I arrived at 11:30 for a scheduled appointment, but my assigned hairdresser was running late. Another hairdresser stepped in to take care of me, which I didn’t mind at first. I showed her an inspiration photo of the haircut I wanted, which included curtain bangs. As she began cutting, I noticed she was making my bangs extremely short. I had to intervene and ask her to blend them into the rest of my hair, but the damage was already done. I left the salon with uneven, super short bangs that look nothing like the photo I provided. They’re so short that I can’t pin them back, style them, or fix them in any way. To make matters worse, the haircut cost $75. The hairdresser mentioned I could come back if I didn’t like it and assured me it would grow out, but she didn’t offer a discount or any meaningful resolution. I’m incredibly disappointed and will now have to wear hats until I can get it fixed somewhere else. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.
