1 /5 Sim Michael: Went to get my nails done for the first time ever. Simple French style nails some gliter. To start the filing was painful. My pinky finger was raw and red afterwards. The process was very rushed I had 2 different people rotating to work on my nails rushing everything. I paid 105 for rly bad nails. For a first time it was really bad. Cant say I will wanna get them done here again. Here is the work they did for me. Not happy spending so much money for such poor work. My pinky nail on the second picture was not straight. Very disappointed.

2 /5 Selin Erdal: I’ve been here 5-10 times and luckily have almost always walked out with beautiful nails. I felt that I had finally found a great nail salon in my new area. This morning though I asked for for a particular colour and the manager loudly mocked the way that I said it to the other staff. I’m not a sensitive person and usually ignore rudeness in Vietnamese nail salons but this was a huge slap in the face and very very obvious. Guess I’ll go somewhere else which is a shame because I love my nails. Just read all the reviews and can see that it’s nothing new here

1 /5 Nada Matti: I recently visited a nail salon for a shellac nails and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. To start with, the speed of the service was overwhelming. During the removal of my old shellac, the technician was uncomfortably quick, which meant that my nails felt a burning sensation as they were being filed down. It was a very rushed process that made me uneasy rather than relaxed, as I typically expect during a nail treatment. Once the old shellac was removed, the application process was just as hasty. The UV light was removed so quickly that I cant help but wonder if my new shellac had a proper chance to fully set. The rushed pace left me feeling anxious about the durability of my nails, and I walked out more concerned than satisfied. When it came time for my pedicure, the discomfort continued. Another technician seemed to join in on the service, leaning down awkwardly to reach my toes while I was placed on a stepper. This created a weird dynamic, as both of us felt uncomfortable. There’s a certain level of care and comfort expected in a salon, and this experience just didn’t follow through. Overall, I left the salon feeling rushed and dissatisfied, despite it not being particularly busy at the time. This experience was not what I would consider typical for a nail appointment, which usually prioritizes both quality and customer comfort. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this salon based on my visit. I hope to find a place that values a more relaxed and thorough approach in the future.

2 /5 Roshni Singh: I recently visited this nail salon and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. While the quality of the nail work is acceptable, it doesnt surpass that of other salons in the area. From the moment I sat down, I felt unwelcome. The staff didnt greet me or ask about my preferences; instead, they seated me and abruptly told me to wait when I inquired about nail shaping. What followed was even more unsettling: the staff conversed in their language while staring at me, creating a profoundly uncomfortable atmosphere. A friend shared a similar experience, recounting how she was asked to leave after inquiring about a partial nail removal. Given that their prices are comparable to other salons, I wont be returning.

1 /5 Ray jani: I never write a review for any place but this was the worst experience I had ever. Went to get nails done (with extensions) and nicely requested the lady to cut my nails with a nail cutter instead of just using the filing machine (idk correct term) as it was giving me a burning sensation and it was rlly painful and she just responded aggressively, yelling at me saying don’t tell me what to do, and if it was my first time, and then throwing my hand saying i won’t do it then. This made me just say no to getting my nails done so I can away peacefully as I was embarrassed and felt anxious. I asked for my previous nails to just be removed and that’s all to which she asked for $20 which I was like sure. I turned to my friend and quietly said that normally I pay 10-15 to get my nails off to which she stopped doing her job and says where, who, give me their number, go call them, so I calmly told her I wasn’t talking to you so please don’t be rude to me. She just kept quiet after that. I should’ve seen their reviews as then I wouldn’t have gone and wasted $20 just to get my nails remove which were left brittle and dry plus there was no aircon so tbh do not recommend going here :/ Also it’s a scam as my friend paid $90 for bad nails that there were just hyping up for no reason
