My brows have never looked better, and the mini facial was so relaxing — my skin felt fresh, hydrated, and glowing. Nour Mol I’ve had a couple of facials in the Prahran/South Yarra but this is my favourite! They tailor the facial around your skin concerns, whilst also giving great recommendations. I saw Kasey, and she was so kind/answered all my questions. Loved it and my skin looks great, so thank you Kasey :)

Kate Bradley Queenie in particular has such incredible attention to detail. Possibly the best mani / Pedi I have ever received. All of the staff are lovely, salon is spotless clean and stunning very relaxing environment, even on weekends.

Laura Gibson Amazing experience today! Super pleased to finally find a salon in Melbourne that uses an autoclave for stainless steel equipment and single use files/foot pumice stones etc! Super clear. The lovely girl was telling me that since “professionail” is also located in NSW they have very strict cleaning protocols! Such a relief knowing that a business takes this much care for its clients. Will definitely be back regularly, staff are so friendly
