It was disappointing to find other stores didn’t have the attention to detail or the friendly welcoming customer service as provided at epping. I did make a couple of long journeys back as I find their services to be carried out in a much higher standard quality. Bridget Carman Have been here a few times. Service has been high and low. This morning I saw Harman who was absolutely fantastic. She greeted me by coming out from behind the desk with a lovely welcome and smile. She reassured me when she knew I was a little uncomfortable as I have very sensitive eyes. After threading she placed her hand on my brow and applied a little pressure which helped with the sensitivity. Harman did a lovely job in shaping my brows giving me a little arch. She was very good with the waxing also. Will see her again.
