Emily Shin I got the Tune Face treatment with Sue since last year and Im really impressed. Sue was professional and knowledgeable, and she took the time to understand my skin concerns. She used some great technology to give me a customized treatment, and I could tell she cared about getting the best results for me. The treatment was really effective. After just one session, my friends noticed a big difference - my wrinkles around my eyes looked smaller, my double chin was less noticeable, and my skin tone looked more even. My face also looked a bit slimmer. Ive started following Sues daily home care routines and plan to see her a few times a year for maintenance treatments. I believe this combination will help me maintain a youthful appearance and stay confident in my own skin. I recommend Sue and the Tune Face treatment to anyone looking to improve their skin.

However, everyone here was very professional and Chan was fantastic, I’ve never had someone take so much care to make sure it was done well, and the price is very reasonable too, I left very happy. Sahel This is the only place I will ever go to get my eyebrows done. I have been going here for 6+ years and the girls now how to do my brows properly, if I go on the weekends I ask for Raha. I have dark thick brows and gone to many places in the area but this is the only place that know how to clean and shape my brows. Sometimes on special occasions I also get a lash lift and have been happy with the result.

Jasmine Felman I have been to many waxing and beauty salons in the past, and Carly is BY FAR the best of the best. Her kindness, genuine warmth, METICULOUS attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care for her clients is absolutely unmatched and cannot be found anywhere else. I know for many of us waxing can seem really daunting and painful, making it something we dread when the time comes. But Carly is very speedy and always empathetic to any sensitivity, making sure I am super comfortable at all times. Not to mention the laughs and great conversation that always brighten my day. Truly the best waxing in all of Melbourne!

emily keely I have been seeing the girls at Vital Effect for over 5 years now and there is no where else that compares. Liam Clancey The ladies here are great. Carly did my waxing for years and now I go to her for IPL laser removal instead. Such a warm and welcoming environment, and very reasonably priced. Recently my gf has started going here for facials and lashes as well and shes really happy with it. Highly recommend.
