5 /5 Michael Sheedy: I highly recommend Lucy’s Spa for male waxing. I have been getting waxed for about 6 months now getting Brazillian, bum and back done. I never get any ingrown hairs and I am always left very smooth. 10/10. She is also very kind and friendly.

5 /5 Rohan Butler: Finally! Just what Watsonia needed in the main drag. Not your average massage joint, Lucy’s spa has been beautifully renovated and presents as a 5 star establishment. My experience only got better when I had my massage. If I could give a higher rating I would!!! Looks good from the street, looks great inside, clean, welcoming, warm and relaxing. As for the staff, wonderful old school service. Prompt, professional, pleasant and approachable. This place is so good, I feel like dropping flyers from a plane that says ‘Go to Lucy’s Spa, you’ll love it!’, thank you Ladies you’re doing an excellent job

1 /5 fixingtheshadow1 Allan: As soon as I walked in I could smell stale cigarette. My relaxation massage wasn’t very good, the lady couldn’t speak English so I was unable to tell her I had back problems. The small spinning ball in the room was faulty and made a clicking noise for an hour. I finally communicate with body language at the end of my 1 hour massage that the noise had been going for the whole massage, it was then unplugged.I won’t be returning for another massage
