It was disappointing to find other stores didn’t have the attention to detail or the friendly welcoming customer service as provided at epping. I did make a couple of long journeys back as I find their services to be carried out in a much higher standard quality. Georgina Pekin I’ve started coming to Grace since switching from SNS to BIAB for healthier nails. Can’t reccomend her enough! My nails last 3-4 week and look so good while also feeling much healthier. She has heaps of colours and designs. Her studio is cute and comfortable and she is so friendly and easy to chat to! Angie, the lovely Electrologist, is very supportive and, most importantly, has been honest throughout the journey. She set realistic expectations from day one regarding the time frame and discomfort/pain that may be experienced. Not only is she excellent at what she does, but she welcomes and treats her clients in the comfort of her home, like were her friends and family.
