1 /5 Lee Capocchi: As an older person needing a toilet while out is a given. I have been forced to endure the disgusting toilets at this shopping centre several times. Apart from the graffiti, the male toilets and the disabled toilets were filthy. Urine all over the floor and toilet rolls lying in the puddles of urine. The walls are badly damaged and they simply stink. Boys toilets in school and in footy grounds are preferable to using these.
Come on, management. The toilets should have internal access to the shopping centre. They need frequent cleaning (at least 3 times a day). They need major repairs and maintenance. They probably need replacing.
Why would I come to Mernda Village at all when about 2 kilometers down the road there is Mernda central with clean toilets and decent facilities.
In this day and age, the lack of cleanliness is not good enough and management should be ashamed of themselves.
