5 /5 Sarika Garg: My family and I have been visiting Mirrors salon for over an year by now mostly for haircuts and hair colour. Sarita and Deep are very friendly, experienced and consistently awesome with their work. I love the fact that they so patiently do their job and not rush it. I got keratin done on my hair from them recently and I loved it! I also got balayage done on my hair from them last year and the my hair colour turned out so fantastic that I’ve got it done again this year. I was even more impressed this time and I got so many compliments from family, friends and work colleagues on my hair colour. I am definitely a return customer and I would recommend them to everyone to at least give them a try!

2 /5 srisha n: I had a haircut here a while ago and requested long layers and curtain bangs. While the layers were cut decently, the bangs seemed to have been cut haphazardly. I understand that my thick hair might be challenging to work with, but I believe that hairdressers should know not to cut too much hair for the bangs, as it can weigh them down, even with styling. It appeared that the stylist had a good understanding of hair, but it was disappointing to see minimal effort made to accommodate my specific hair type. Additionally, they styled my hair without asking if I wanted it styled, so while it looked good initially, the style didnt last more than 10 seconds after I left the salon. Ultimately, I was charged $80 for a haircut with so-so layers and poorly executed bangs. didn’t even look like the reference picture that i showed… don’t come here if you are new and if you do definitely speak up and make sure you get what you payed for. (reply) this is not a fake review if you search up my name Srisha Nidavarru you would definitely be able to find it. But like i mentioned this was a while ago, specifically around mid september 2024. I just want to say that it wasn’t a bad haircut it just was not what i asked for and I never wanted a styling which i’m pretty sure resulted in the final pricing to be 80 dollars. Just next time don’t take advantage of those who seem timid or shy and openly communicate with what services they exactly want and how everything should be specifically. I should not have had to pay 80 dollars for a subpar haircut. You have a lot of customers that love your services i can see, but make sure you are more open and honest to even one time customers.
