Taylor S Called and asked about lash lift and tint, i got told it was $80 which is not a problem at all. Told the lady on the phone i would be there at 4:30pm lady on the phone said it was okay. When i got there myself and 2 others(who were there before me) were waiting there with a sign saying back in 15 minutes.I waited 20 minutes when Nidu? (worker) came back in with personal shopping in hand. I then waited for her to finish with the 2 before me (in this time 2 more people came in). She said to take a seat and i said i was after a lash lift and tint and she advised that she can not do this now as it takes to long. i said i did call and ask and she said yes previously. She said she would not do this now after back and forth. Really disappointed if they had just said no i would not have wasted 45 minutes of my time waiting for them! She could have asked while i was waiting what i was after if she wasn’t sure Avoid at all costs extremely bad service!

I tried many hairdressers with minimal or no result, until I came across Golozar who made my experience at ease and gave my hair the results I had been looking for. I highly recommend her due to her expertise in hairdressing and excellent customer service!
