1 /5 Indu A: One of the main reasons I get a pedicure is to enjoy the full treatment, including a soothing foot massage—but to my disappointment, that was skipped. When I asked about the massage the technician said said I was on the phone when she massaged my feet !! The overall experience felt incomplete and not worth the price I paid. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and I wont be going back again

1 /5 Micheala Spencer: GIVE ME A REFUND!!!! Extremely annoyed, first time visiting this nail salon and I will never return! Less than 24hours and my shellac nails have broken, they are bubbly and incredibly flimsy I went back to the salon and explained and kindly asked for a refund, this woman yelled at me in front of a full salon of women and completely humiliated me! All I wanted was my money back so I could go elsewhere to have them fixed. DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

1 /5 Lola Hello: We visited the nail salon for a manicure and pedicure. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and kind, but unfortunately, the ladies providing the services were rude, making the overall experience feel like a one-star service. The pricing was excessive, and they did not offer a proper manicure or pedicure with a massage. The manicure technician even handed me cream to apply myself, which felt quite unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

1 /5 Jessica Rattle: DO NOT GO HERE!! Really unhappy with this salon. Went last Monday and payed $105 for a manicure and pedicure with shellac with colour on both (as I was told the shellac would make it last at least 3-4weeks) and within two days it was all chipping away. Was applied really bumpy/uneven as well. Additionally, my cuticles are all peeling which they never are like that, and some are now sore after getting my nails done. I don’t live close by so couldn’t return to ask to fix it or for a refund. However, from the looks of some of the other reviews on here, it doesn’t seem like I would’ve gotten a refund or a better result even if I went back unfortunately. While getting my nails done the staff kept changing the price on me saying it would be more expensive for the colour I picked which it wasn’t a few minutes prior when coming in and picking it out with a different staff member who handed me those colours, up to $135, which I refused to pay so had to change what I wanted. The lady doing my fingernails clearly did not properly apply and set the polish as it was all bumpy and came off as stated after only two days. Really unhappy after spending that much money and will never come back and I advise you don’t either!

1 /5 Millie Williams: dissatisfied with the service, as a younger girl coming in was not taken seriously and questioned many times if I agreed with the price before the service started, where my previous manicure was not removed fully, (it can still be seen under the new one) as well as being cut quite badly. one nail cracked within a couple days and another nail cracked a week later, which I have never had happen before. will not be going back.
