1 /5 Ky Lie: I’ve always enjoyed coming to this nail salon, but yesterday was disappointing. I requested an SNS removal with a clear coat/polish at the end to keep my nails smooth, and the first technician confirmed my request. However, when her shift ended, she passed me to another technician, who I assumed was informed since I even heard the word “coat” mentioned. They made me pay extra upfront, so I expected everything to be done correctly. Instead, when the second technician started putting a cuticle oil, I politely reminded her about my request, she was rude and dismissive, saying, “Why say it late? I already (starting) putting this” She spoke too fast (or maybe it was her mask), but her attitude was unprofessional. She then make a angry noise and tried to rush to rub off the oil, but at that point, I just left because I couldn’t take her rudeness. Everyone has long days, and she may be tired already but that’s no excuse for poor customer service, especially when I was the only client there. I paid extra for what I requested, yet I left feeling mistreated, which was truly disappointing. She rushing just because she wanna close off EARLY yesterday -.- I hope the management will do something about people they hire.
Also, they made me dunk my hands to a acetone with HOT WATER. Thanks to that, my skin is now burnt
