OM BEAUTY BROWS - Bundoora (VIC)

Selin Erdal I’ve been here 5-10 times and luckily have almost always walked out with beautiful nails. I felt that I had finally found a great nail salon in my new area. This morning though I asked for for a particular colour and the manager loudly mocked the way that I said it to the other staff. I’m not a sensitive person and usually ignore rudeness in Vietnamese nail salons but this was a huge slap in the face and very very obvious. Guess I’ll go somewhere else which is a shame because I love my nails. Just read all the reviews and can see that it’s nothing new here

Bethany Cusumano I’ve been coming here since about a month after they first opened and haven’t looked back since. Every time I get my nails done, the staff are incredibly kind and always make sure I’m happy with the final result. My nails are the healthiest and longest they have been. For context, every time I go, I get builder gel on my natural nails, with a shellac on top. Recently, I wasn’t completely satisfied with how my nails turned out—through no fault of the salon—and when I reached out, they were quick to fit me in and redo them. Their customer service is truly amazing with every visit. I’ve already recommended them to so many of my friends and will absolutely keep doing so! Thanks Krystal Nails!
