1 /5 L C: Had the worst nail experience I’ve ever had at this place. The staff were very unpleasant and unprofessional particularly two of them who were speaking very rudely in front of me to each other. I had a design that I wanted for my birthday and I showed them the design before I sat down (which was a French nail design). They said that they could do this. They completely messed up the shape, design, and colouring which led me to need to get it taken off. I wanted square nails and had coffin nails done. I am not usually one to complain about anything but the nails were so different to what I wanted. They said that the reason they couldn’t do this design like the picture I showed was because they didn’t have the right colours and that I would need to go elsewhere if I wanted this exact design, yet they told me that they could do this exact design at the beginning. They then charged me the full amount even though I left with incomplete nails and blamed me for not liking any of the colours. They never apologised for there errors and made me pay the full amount (which was a lot of money). Overall the most uncomfortable and negative experience I have ever had.

4 /5 Cin L: Small details can be improved, the smoothness of the finish and shine. But otherwise in general very good acrylic nails done by Natalie! Also super clean and pretty environment!

1 /5 Soula K: Worst experience in my life. They were rude and unable to deliver to a design of nails shown on insta. Nails were not finished when they acknowledged they couldn’t replicate the French nail design. I was forced to pay for a service that was not delivered even after arguing for 15 minutes. I ended up going to another salon. Bad experience. Waste of money and time I won’t be returning.

1 /5 Nerise Mourelatos: I was hesitant to return after my last experience here, but out of desperation, I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed and overcharged. I requested a cut, buff, and polish on my toes and was charged $50. I was charged extra to remove existing shellac, something I believe should be included in the service, as it’s necessary for the job. I paid an extra $10 for a French finish, which only took them an extra few minutes to do. This usually costs me $35-$40 at other salons. Upon payment, I noticed that a full pedicure costs $55. It would have been nice if they’d mentioned I could get the full service for just $5 more! To make matters worse, the technician who worked on one foot didn’t feel confident enough to complete the other, so a different person finished it. The results didn’t match, and when I pointed it out, the technician sighed and acted like I was causing a major inconvenience. I wasn’t the only one unhappy, another customer also complained while I was there about pricing discrepancies and had proof of an agreed rate, yet they still charged her more. Overall, the staff were rude and visibly frustrated throughout the appointment. I feel this salon is more interested in overcharging customers than providing quality service. I won’t be returning.
