All staff members are very welcoming and greet you with a friendly smile on each and every visit. My laser therapist, Alyssa, is a very professional, dedicated and knowledgeable worker who demonstrates expertise in her field of work. Her coverage with the laser beam is exceptionally thorough, ensuring she zaps from every angle so that no areas are missed. Alyssa not only performs treatments to a very high standard, but is also committed to ensuring that client results are maintained. She does this by recommending and thoroughly explaining aftercare strategies, in order to enhance long-term outcomes. Alyssa is not just a ‘zapper’, but is someone who really knows her stuff! She describes her work in detail and readily answers any questions clients may have. Alyssa is also a very accomodating, amicable and lovely person who always greets you with a smile and initiates and engages in conversation, to help you feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking laser hair reduction/removal treatments with outstanding results!

Jae 15 My new go to nail salon! I’m not from the area, but will now be coming each month to get my nails done here. The ladies are lovely! The communication with what the customer is after and to deliver that exactly is amazing. I got builder gel (the gel bottle) on my natural nails. Love the product and the application was brilliant. The lady really took her time and made sure it was all perfect. I felt completely comfortable the whole time. Didn’t need to worry about being in pain or discomfort at all. Prices are also great. Super happy with my experience and look forward to getting them done again next month!

Julia Louloudis Thank you to Olivia, who gave me a beautifully relaxing session that was gifted to me by my family. She gave me an Express Massage and I felt so rebalanced and recharged afterwards. I also had a relaxing Express Facial. My skin felt so nourished and rejuvenated and glowed afterwards. Stacey did an amazing job of removing my lashes and putting a new set on unfortunately I had some gaps after the prior set however Stacey did such a good job I couldn’t even see the gaps. I couldn’t recommend them more !! They’re the best !

Katherine B Both times I’ve had my nails done with Linh I’ve been so happy! She takes time to make sure the shape them exactly how you want and has a really keen eye for perfection! LOVE the chrome colours! And she uses Gel so it’s much kinder on your natural nail. Will be returning!
