1 /5 mannu mangat: Very disappointing. I took my NDIS client to get her nails done here. Lady and a man working over there, told me that price gonna be $35. For manicure and shellac take off. I and my client said, That is fine.
She did the nails. When I was about to pay the money, nails lady said, it is $35 by cash and $41 by card. I am like, I didn’t bring cash, I am going to pay by card. She was taking $6 extra just for card. Man started argument with me as well, got rude and started yelling at me. He was saying, it is $10 to soak off nails. I said, why did you say, $5 before. Even their statements were not matching with each other. He was like, you don’t under Anything, you are not listening to me. But I understood everything and telling their statements to them what they told me before.
I paid cash from my money at the end, and asked for reciept. Man said, we don’t provide reciept if you pay by cash. I was like I need receipt for record. He again got rude with me. Even my client said to him, she need receipt.he was actually rude to her as well, her nails weren’t even dry, he did spray on her nails without asking her or me. Want us to leave the shop. That is so rude and discriminative against my client. Such a bad day to start.
It is law in Australia, if person is asking for reciept, you have to provide.
That lady gave a dodgy reciept at the end. i will not recommend to anyone to go there. They ruined my day and my client’s day. Even she was pretty sad with their behaviour.
My client’s nail pain came off as it wasn’t even dry, she got all over on her clothes.
