1 /5 Melissa Manieri: 2 or so years ago, I wrote a wonderful review on my first RZ wig. the texture of my wig was beautiful! . Which in fact made me order a custom wig. Sara made the process easy!! I ordered the exact same hair “ Russian” not any other type. And a custom cap. I waited almost 2 years for my custom wig after many excuses as to why it was taking so long. Also they usually show you the hair they will be using to make your wig. The hair was different from what I agreed upon when I received it. The hair was shorter when I received the wig the hair was longer, the cap was very small in areas that was suppose to be bigger and the area that was suppose to be bigger was smaller. The hair was so dry! I brought it to Sarah’s attention and sent her pix. She reached out to her manufacturer, they accused me of not giving them the correct measurements. I returned the wig after many Back and forth texts , stating the cap is too small and I wanted lace, well I didn’t get that either. They expected me to keep the wig. Finally they agreed to redo it, unhappily I may add. When I received the redo of the wig. Now the front of the cap and ears were big! And no lace front.. ugh! As well as the color was not what I wanted plus the texture was not right. It felt dry not like the first one I had. A few weeks later I was wearing the wig, after I had it altered to fit my head. The lady who altered my wig even said this is not Russian hair. It’s poor quality. After wearing the hair and washing it. the ends became severely dry with split ends, dead ends. That does not happen with Russian hair. Definitely synthetic. I come to realize she screwed me out of what I wanted and paid for, by using a blend of synthetic and some sort of human hair. Oddly on the left side of the wig it’s all dry and has split ends the right side is ok. Buyer Beware

5 /5 Shaina Pil: I bought a wig from rz wigs and it was amazing quality. I live in America so i went to die the color in an American salon . They ruined my wig. They bleached the lacetop and some of the hair fell out and it looked very orangy. I was very disappointed. 2 months later, i flew in to Australia for my sisters wedding. So i brought my wig to rz wigs to fix and they did an incredible job! They fixed the lacetop by adding baby hairs and toned the orange look. I am very happy with my wig and i definatly reccomend them!

My needs and wants were acknowledged, and I couldn’t be more grateful for this team. My wig looks so realistic, matching my natural hair colour and desired length, which will make my time during chemo a bit brighter ✨✨
